Anthologies

FREYA - SEQUENTIAL LOVE STORIES

Freya - Sequential love stories is a collection of passionate love stories between women, made by some of Sweden's most talented comic artists.

I was honored to be one of the participates in this anthology and made a small domestic love story that delved into some of my own struggles from that time.

This anthology was a successful crowdfunding project and later also got a sibling companion called Frey - a romantic comic collection, which features love stories between men.

SWEDISH COMIC SIN

The Swedish Comic Sin anthologies are a collection of some of Sweden's most aspiring new artists trying their hand at erotica.

I've participated in three of these with different comics that all include a good amount of fantasy and playfulness. It was a fun challenge to create something different, especially in a supporting environment together with other inspiring comic artists!

Fanzines

MISC

Apart from Otaku I've also made the fanzine Misc, which are collections of odd comics and illustrations that don't follow a particular theme.

In 2011 I received an honorable mention from the Swedish Comics Association's fanzine award for the fanzine Misc 2 at Small Press Expo.

Unfortunately I had left the event a bit early and missed the award ceremony. I had no idea at the time that I had won anything, so someone reached out to me afterwards. I was really surprised and happy!

OTAKU

Otaku was my very first fanzine. It is a silly story taking place during an anime convention, filled with lots of inside jokes and bad humour.

In 2007 I was awarded price for best solo-fanzine for Otaku #2 at PenCon in Stockholm. This was the first time I had won something in relation to my art, so it meant a lot to me.

The story unfortunately ends on a cliffhanger in issue three. I made sketches for the cover art of the issue after, but that's where it ends!

These have since long been sold out!
